Does anyone understand the twitter business model. I mean I know very well what its about but how do they generate revenue from it (or plan to generate in future). They are getting millions in investment but its not clear to me how do they plan to return it.

Not many people even use their site so they can’t even make much out of ads if they plan to put ads there as most people use some kind of client which talks to their API’s.

May be its just me being completely unaware of reality… Some one please enlighten me .
